Wlndb Terms & Conditions — Know Before You Play

1General Terms & Introduction

Wlndb (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the Company", or "the Platform") is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. These terms and conditions apply to all services, games, promotions, and transactions on the Platform.

These terms are available in both English and Bangla. In the event of any conflict, the Bangla version shall apply for users in Bangladesh. wlndb reserves the right to update this document at any time, and any changes will be announced on the platform.

By accessing wlndb, creating an account, or playing any game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with wlndb, you must meet the following requirements. These conditions are strictly enforced and verified.

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You are not a resident of any country where online gaming is fully prohibited.
• Each person may register one account only.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• This account is for your personal use only.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential.

After registration, wlndb may request identity verification (KYC). This is completed by uploading a photo of your national ID, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC is completed.

3Bonus & Promotions Policy

Wlndb regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which must be read before claiming. General bonus rules are outlined below.

• The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only.
• Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after meeting the specified wagering requirements.
• Wagering requirements are generally 20 to 40 times the bonus amount.
• If wagering requirements are not met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Each bonus can only be claimed once per person, household, IP address, or device.
• Promotional offers cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

Wlndb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. In the event of a bonus-related dispute, wlndb's decision is final.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Wlndb supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals.

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳200 BDT.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• Suspicious transactions may be subject to additional verification.

Wlndb does not charge transaction fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. To prevent money laundering, wlndb complies with international AML policies and is obligated to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

5Gaming Rules & Fair Play Policy

All games on wlndb are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. This means every outcome is completely random, independent, and unaffected by previous results.

• Game outcomes cannot be manipulated — RNG ensures that.
• The RTP (Return to Player) rate for every game is publicly displayed.
• Live Casino games are hosted by real dealers and broadcast via live stream.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, wlndb will refund the player's wagered amount.
• Using third-party software or bots during gameplay is strictly prohibited.

For Sports Betting, wagers can be placed before an event begins or during live betting. wlndb reserves the right to accept or reject any bet, particularly if there is reason to believe the outcome has been predetermined or the event has been manipulated.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on wlndb. Violating these restrictions will result in immediate account closure and all funds may be forfeited.

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Altering betting patterns with the intent to circumvent bonus terms.
• Account hacking, phishing, or any form of cyber attack.
• Using automated bots or software to play games.
• Using funds from money laundering or illegal sources on the platform.
• Filing fraudulent chargeback claims against wlndb.
• Harassing, threatening, or attempting to harm other users.
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability in the platform's software.

7Account Closure & Suspension

You can close your account at any time. Contact our support team and the request will be processed within 48 hours. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

Wlndb may suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Upon violation of these terms and conditions.
• Registering with false information.
• Refusing to complete KYC verification.
• When suspicious financial activity is detected.
• At the direction of a regulatory authority.

As part of responsible gaming, you can activate self-exclusion at any time. This will lock access to your account for a set period, during which no bonuses or promotional materials will be sent to you.

8Limitation of Liability

Wlndb is committed to delivering the highest standard of service. However, there are certain limitations to our liability, which are clearly set out below.

• Wlndb is not liable for game losses caused by internet disconnection.
• Wlndb is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment gateway failures.
• Service disruptions caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, war, cyberattacks).
• Any loss resulting from sharing your account details with others.

In the event of any loss, wlndb's maximum liability is limited to the amount you deposited during that calendar month. wlndb is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9Privacy & Data Protection
